About this Position
White Law PLLC is seeking a full-time experienced litigation attorney to handle personal injury and criminal cases. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, compassionate, and have outstanding writing, communication, and advocacy skills. Main responsibilities will include managing and handling client case matters and should have the ability to act as lead counsel in any litigation matter. This work includes but is not limited to filing complaints or answers, motion practice, discovery, negotiations towards settlement, and acting as first chair in any motion or trial, as well as appeals that may result. Experience with mass torts and federal litigation helpful.
