The Bankruptcy Section consists of bankruptcy practitioners representing debtors, creditors, trustees and other parties involved in bankruptcy proceedings in Ingham, Eaton and Clinton County. The section meets for lunch on the fourth Thursday of each month and has speakers on a wide range of bankruptcy topics. Guest speakers include bankruptcy trustees and judges from the Western District Bankruptcy Court. The section is a great resource for seasoned bankruptcy attorneys and those just beginning the practice.
