Newly Admitted Attorney - free - 1 Year
A Newly Admitted attorney is an attorney whose date of admission to the State Bar of Michigan is in the same calendar year as the date of application to the ICBA. All attorneys newly admitted to the State Bar of Michigan are eligible for free ICBA membership through June 30 of the calendar year following their year of admission.
Licensed 0-5 years - $94.00 - 1 Year
You must be an attorney practicing for less than five years. Includes the rate and processing fees.
Licensed 6 years to Age 70 - $156.00 - 1 Year
You must be a lawyer practicing five years or more but under the age of 70. Includes the rate and processing fees.
Non-Lawyer Associate - $156.00 - 1 Year
Must be a non-lawyer associate. Includes the rate and processing fees.
Govt. Agency/Entity/Judiciary/Non-Profit - $94.00 - 1 Year
Must be employed by a government agency or entity, Judiciary, or Non-Profit. Includes the rate and processing fees.
Age 70 to 75 - $69.00 - 1 Year
Must be between the ages of 70 and 75. Includes the rate and processing fees.
Age 75 and Over - free - unlimited
Must be 75 or older
